These days life is paralyzed rather handicapped without E-mails and SMSs (Short Messaging Service), and at the same time some hackers are purporting to be from worlds big corporations and are dispatching messages to a large number of people, including online bank customers.

Usually, freedom of speech is enshrined in the constitutions of almost all nations on this planet be that Article 19 of Indian constitution that guarantees the freedom of speech and expression, or the first amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution or Article 11 in the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen, of constitutional value in French constitution.

This refers to the killing of youth in Kashmir every now and then. The youth who take to streets are being killed by the so-called security forces. Such killings are becoming a routine phenomenon in Kashmir. If the state administration has to maintain law and order, why do it at the cost of young and innocent lives? Why kill civilians this way?
