Freedom of speech, according to an online encyclopedia, is the concept of the inherent human right to voice one's opinion publicly without fear of censorship or punishment and also includes other forms of expressions. Usually, freedom of speech is enshrined in the constitutions of almost all nations on this planet be that Article 19 of Indian constitution that guarantees the freedom of speech and expression, or the first amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution or Article 11 in the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen, of constitutional value in French constitution.
